Refund / Return Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). If you do not agree with these Terms or the Policies, please do not use the Site.

- We ship orders using our logistics partners and carriers, which may include cross-border shipping providers and local last-mile carriers.
- Estimated delivery times provided on the Site or during checkout are for reference only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, local logistics, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address you provided, based on carrier tracking records.
